Bharat Patel, Partner
Bharat has a Masters degree from Cambridge University and has spent 17 years in the Investment Banking business having worked for Goldman Sachs in the Equity Derivatives group and Deutsche Bank in Trading in London. Most recently Bharat was at JP Morgan where he was Managing Director in charge of the Global Portfolio Trading business based in New York. This global business had over 120 staff with operations in New York, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Sydney. His experience covers all financial asset classes and has personally traded and managed financial portfolios of $30bn.
Bharat has built a personal portfolio of global properties and has acquired local knowledge of the Indian property markets and has established contacts in the Indian real estate sector over the course of his banking career. His approach is analytical with strict discipline on risk management.
Dipak Patel, Partner
Dipak graduated from University of London in Economics and qualified as a Management Accountant working in the US and UK for various businesses. Dipak manages a Financial Services and Investment Consultancy business in India through which he has aquired an indepth knowledge of the banking and financial sector in India. Dipak is a qualified financial advisor and is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds of India.
Jateen Gupta, Development Advisor
Mr. Jateen Gupta is Managing Director of JP Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (who recently built the largest mall in Ahmedabad in Gujarat – Iscon Mall), a qualified Civil Engineer, holds a rich experience of 15 years in residential and commercial construction. Jateen has developed more than 2.5 million sq. ft. of residential, office and commercial space in Gujarat.Currently Jateen is in the process of developing properties totaling 16 million Sq. Ft. at prime locations around the country for an epic construction drive of new generation malls, multiplexes, offices, residences, hotels, and IT parks.He brings the local knowledge and perspective necessary to help advise and direct the investments.
Ashok Damani, Legal Advisor
Ashok Damani is a lawyer based in Ahmedabad and has over 30 years experience in dealing in Indian real estate markets. He has acted in an advisory capacity on various land and property transactions throughout Gujarat. He has expertise in title clearance matters and investigative analysis on ownership and property rights.
